This year I got a chance to return to one of my favorite areas in the world – Yucatan province in Mexico, and explore a bit more. Some of the things were revisits of my previous visit almost a decade later, but I also got to linger a bit longer and explore the lovely towns of Merida and Valladolid, as bases for the lovely cenotes and the grand Chichén-Itzá pyramids.
