In my last few months in Hong Kong as my home base I was trying to say good bye to the region and was looking for a new destination in a familiar setting, a quick getaway for a weekend+ that would offer something new and exciting. I’ve been to various parts of South Korea a few times, and got a taste of the wonderful South Korean coastline in Busan, but have always wanted to venture to down further to the island of Jeju.
I finally made it, and I can generally stay that I’ve enjoyed everything I saw and did on that island. So many funky attractions, and beautiful scenery, I can see why the Koreans love coming here. I truly wish I could linger longer and explore more. Hope to make it back some day.
