For a nice chill hike walk on HK island, with some nice sea views and cliffs, can head over to the furthest tip of north eastern Hong Kong island for Cape Collinson. It’s approachable from Siu Sai Wan, just off from the last stop on the MTR – Chai Wan.
Start off from the Siu Sai Wan Promenade, climb up some quick steps towards the Leaping Dragon Pavilion, and continue on the path towards the Cape Collinson Lighthouse. There there will be a path to the left going down to the cape. It’s steep, there are ropes here and there, but fairly easy.
After chilling there for a bit, can head back up to the lighthouse, keep going up towards hill top, and then it’s a path going all the way to Big Wave through the Cape Collinson battery.
